Aim for eight to ten weeks before departure. Appointment slots in peak season fill quickly, and a rushed file is the most common reason for a refusal. We will tell you the realistic window for your travel dates when you call.
No fee is collected before you have a written offer from the employer. Anything you are asked to pay should be explained to you in writing first, with a receipt. If a recruiter anywhere asks for money before an offer exists, treat that as a warning sign.
Often, yes. We look at the refusal letter, work out which part of the file was weak, and rebuild it before reapplying. Some refusal grounds need a waiting period, and we will say so plainly rather than take the booking.
Our office is in Guwahati and most clients are from Assam and the wider Northeast, but flights can start from Delhi, Kolkata or Mumbai if the fare works out better. Visa appointments are booked at whichever centre is assigned to your jurisdiction.
